Visiting Professor at Northeastern University Boston
During the 2010 spring semester I'll be visiting professor at Northeastern University following an invitation by Prof. Anthony De Ritis. I'll be teaching two classes in Network Music Performance and Music Since 1900. The reason for my coming to Boston is the Bohlen-Pierce Symposium which I'm co-organizing with Boston Microtonal Society, der Northeastern University, dem Berklee College of Music und dem New England Conservatory, in the framework of the Goethe Institute residency program. The symposium to which we invited a cast of illustrious guests will take place from March 7 to 9. In addition, I'm curating with Mike Frengel a series of four concerts at the Fenway Center and at Goethe Institut.
